Agthia Group PJSC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to join its Al Foah – Al Saad facility in Al Ain. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for supervising the entire production process, from fumigation to packing, while ensuring full compliance with food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production and packing schedules based on customer demand and available capacity.

• Work closely with Team Leaders and Maintenance Supervisors to coordinate timely repair and maintenance.

• Monitor production KPIs related to quality, efficiency, stock levels, and costs.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction programs.

• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S standards, and food safety protocols.

• Oversee the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) across all operations.

• Promote health and safety throughout the plant in collaboration with the HSE team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in production operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong grasp of GMP, food safety regulations, and HSE protocols.

  • In-depth understanding of production and manufacturing processes.

  • Effective planning, organizational, and people management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Prior UAE market experience preferred.

  • Professional attitude and a collaborative approach.
