Job Summary:
Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking a passionate and service-driven Senior Waiter/ess to join its F&B Service team. The role is key in ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent table service and coordination with kitchen and bar teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.

• Provide detailed information on menu offerings including ingredients and allergy considerations.

• Present daily specials and promotions and offer expert food and beverage recommendations.

• Accurately take orders and manage guest requests.

• Handle cashiering operations using MICROS system and process all payment methods.

• Supervise section operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

• Gather guest feedback and assist with inquiries or phone calls.

• Coordinate order delivery between kitchen, bar, and service staff.

• Uphold hygiene standards, maintain clean service areas, and support a seamless dining experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or reputable restaurant.

• Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Russian or other European languages is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, MICROS, and Sevenrooms systems.

• Comfortable working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
