They are hiring full-time Nurses to provide patient-centered care in a home setting. The role involves delivering skilled nursing services with compassion and professionalism, backed by a strong support team and training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality home-based nursing care to patients

• Administer medications and monitor patient health

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families

• Work collaboratively with physicians, physiotherapists, and fellow healthcare staff

• Follow strict protocols in infection control and safety

• Remain flexible with shifts, including on-call duties

Required Qualifications:

• Valid DOH (Department of Health) license

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

• Training in Infection Control, Fire and Safety, and Phlebotomy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain accurate patient documentation

• Previous experience in home healthcare is a plus
