Dubai Careers – A Smart Dubai Initiative is seeking a Multimedia Officer to join its dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position aimed at creative professionals with strong multimedia, visual design, and digital storytelling skills.

The Multimedia Officer will be responsible for developing compelling multimedia content—ranging from videos and animations to digital and print designs—that supports the organization’s communication, marketing, and branding strategies. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure brand consistency and effective visual messaging across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design multimedia assets including brochures, reports, digital ads, social media graphics, and interactive presentations.

• Create event-related materials such as banners, invitations, backdrops, and promotional giveaways.

• Ensure brand identity is consistently applied across all visuals and platforms.

• Support internal departments with engaging visual designs for both internal and external communications.

• Work with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality, timely production of printed materials.

• Translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging content.

• Manage multiple design projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.

• Maintain a digital archive of design templates and brand assets.

• Stay updated on the latest multimedia trends and tools to improve content quality.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in multimedia design, including video editing, motion graphics, and animation.

• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or related field.

• Master’s degree is an advantage.

• UAE Nationals only.

Salary Range: AED 20,001 – 30,000/month
