JWD Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm in Dubai, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business through outbound cold calling. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for energetic, target-driven individuals looking to grow in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters.

Qualify and screen leads for intent and quality.

Log all interactions and update CRM systems with lead details.

Schedule appointments and follow-ups for real estate agents.

Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and outreach messages.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).

Confident, energetic, and comfortable with cold calling.

Basic knowledge of real estate preferred but not essential.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Must be based in Dubai and legally eligible to work in the UAE.
