Tayba Restaurant Chain is seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter/Waitress to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience through excellent service, professional communication, and strong attention to customer satisfaction.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations and directly contributes to enhancing the restaurant’s reputation and customer loyalty. Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner

• Present menus and answer inquiries about dishes and promotions

• Accurately record and relay orders to the kitchen

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints courteously

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables before and after guest use

• Manage payments (cash and card) accurately and responsibly

• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service flow

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; basic English understanding is preferred

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Well-groomed appearance and polite demeanor

• Flexibility to work morning/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
