Hilton, a global leader in hospitality, is hiring a Waiter/Waitress for the Pool Bar at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. This full-time, on-site role offers a great opportunity to be part of a luxury hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service experiences to guests.

As a member of the Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in providing timely and friendly service, ensuring that all guests enjoy their time at the Pool Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests efficiently, ensuring a friendly and professional experience

• Respond to guest inquiries and manage queries effectively

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing laws

• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and products

• Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of food and beverage orders

• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock at floor stations

• Report issues following standard procedures

• Comply with grooming standards and hygiene requirements

• Adhere to hotel security, fire, health, and safety protocols

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility in handling varied work situations

• Commitment to high levels of customer service

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality setting

• Experience with cash handling

• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
