A reputed school in the UAE is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The role focuses on enhancing students’ mental health and academic success through psychological assessment, intervention, and counseling.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in psychology and experience working within educational environments, ensuring students receive the emotional and psychological support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations

• Develop and implement intervention strategies

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents

• Address psychological, social, and emotional barriers to learning

• Support the development of behavioral and academic plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field

• Relevant certifications or licenses in Psychology or School Psychology

• Background in psychology and medicine

• Experience in counseling and mental health practices

• Skills in psychological assessment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Experience in a school environment is a plus
