SEVEN is seeking a Female Cashier cum Order Taker to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking accurate food and beverage orders, processing payments efficiently, and promoting a wellness-focused dining experience. This is an on-site, full-time role within a calm, health-conscious hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere

• Take accurate orders, considering dietary needs and wellness preferences

• Offer detailed menu explanations to help customers make informed choices

• Confirm and repeat orders to ensure clarity and accuracy

• Process transactions through the POS system, including handling cash and card payments

• Issue receipts and maintain transaction records

• Conduct end-of-shift cash and sales reconciliations

• Handle inquiries regarding the menu and wellness offerings

• Resolve any guest complaints or escalate them when necessary

• Upsell relevant wellness items and services when appropriate

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with a professional and calm demeanor

• Experience in a wellness-focused or food service environment is a plus

• Familiarity with POS systems and payment handling
