The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas remain immaculate and inviting, playing a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset, professionalism, and a strong commitment to maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.

• Perform routine inspections to ensure hygiene and presentation protocols are met.

• Address guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

• Coordinate and collaborate with other housekeeping and hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and quality policies consistently.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet luxury hotel standards.

• Proactive, courteous, and guest-focused service attitude.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
