Head of Performance Marketing


UNIQLO Pure is seeking a growth-focused Head of Performance Marketing to lead, build, and scale a high-impact marketing function. This role is not just about managing campaigns—it’s about owning paid acquisition efforts, driving real business growth, and shaping long-term marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have full ownership of performance marketing, working cross-functionally to optimize messaging, audiences, creatives, and landing experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead paid acquisition efforts across the business, from strategy to execution.
- Build and manage a performance marketing team or external partners/agencies.
- Set and manage growth targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, contribution margin).
- Work cross-functionally with content, creative, product, and data teams.
- Develop a robust testing roadmap to optimize messaging, audiences, and creatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and new technologies.
- Translate marketing performance into insights for leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition with budgets of $5,000/month and beyond.
- Experience across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display, Native, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in CAC, ROAS, CLTV, and blended performance.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar/Clarity).
- Fluent in English (bonus for other European languages).
- Proactive, strategic, and data-driven with a bias toward action and ownership.
