They are now expanding their team of Freelance Business Development & Recruitment Managers—ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals or client acquisition experts looking to work independently, earn high commissions, and enjoy the flexibility of a remote, part-time role.
Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with regional companies

Build and manage client relationships from initial contact through to project completion

Coordinate with internal sourcing team to shortlist candidates (training provided)

Work independently with flexible hours (ideally 3–4 weekday hours, mornings preferred)
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, cold calling, or account management

Entrepreneurial mindset or previous freelance experience preferred

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally

Recruitment experience is not required — full training provided
