Job Role:
As a F&B Host / Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing food and beverages to guests in an efficient and professional manner, while upholding Hilton’s high service standards. Your role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.

• Ensure all tables are attended to promptly with correct orders.

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, the bar area, and stores.

• Be well-versed in all food and beverage offerings and recommend items when needed.

• Uphold all Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.

• Handle guest requests and provide excellent customer service.

• Promote upselling to maximize revenue and average spend.

• Stay informed on beverage preparation, presentation, and bar operations.

• Achieve or exceed the monthly drink profit margin targets.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (preferably in a supervisory capacity).

• Warm, professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a calm and proactive approach.

• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.

• Accountable, resilient, and enthusiastic about hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
