Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  Prospect and build long-term relationships with corporate and SME clients across various industries.

• Consultative Sales Approach:
  Act as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and decision-makers, understanding their unique needs.

• Customized Insurance Solutions:
  Design, present, and negotiate employee benefits packages tailored to each client’s requirements.

• Account Management:
  Oversee smooth onboarding, handle renewals, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

• Market Awareness:
  Stay informed about compliance regulations, industry trends, and competitive offerings to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably within insurance or financial services.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
