Job Title: Credit Risk and Insurance Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk and Insurance Manager to oversee credit risk management and administration of the company’s credit insurance policy. This role involves setting and reviewing credit limits, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, managing accounts receivable risk, and providing detailed financial reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and periodically review customer credit limits based on their financial health, ensuring alignment with credit insurance coverage.

• Administer the credit insurance policy by complying with insurer requirements, including reporting customer data and securing credit limit approvals.

• File claims for customer defaults and coordinate with insurers to recover losses effectively.

• Provide management with comprehensive reports on accounts receivable, credit risk exposure, cash flow, and insurance claim status.

• Develop and maintain credit policies that integrate credit insurance practices and support the company’s overall financial objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk management, credit assessment, limit setting, collections, and credit insurance handling, preferably in B2B environments.

• Proficient in financial analysis, interpreting financial data, accounts receivable reporting, and coordinating with insurers.

• Strong understanding of credit risk mitigation strategies and financial regulations.

• Age 40 years or below.

• Residence in the United Arab Emirates preferred.

• Salary: Up to 20,000 AED all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)
