Job Role:
As an Assistant Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You’ll support the service team by preparing for service, assisting during busy periods, and ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and guest tables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare serving utensils, breadbaskets, and other items before service.

• Coordinate food orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.

• Be familiar with the full food and beverage menu to assist guests.

• Clear tables during and after service.

• Handle cleaning responsibilities during and after shifts.

• Assist in budgeting and monitoring supply orders.

• Collaborate with external partners and support colleagues during high-volume times.

• Adapt flexibly to changes in the workflow or guest needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role preferred.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• Passionate about food, beverages, and guest service.

• Adaptable, hands-on, and a team player with a proactive attitude.

• Willing to contribute both skills and personality to the team.

• Open-minded and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
