Securitas USA is hiring Warehouse Security Officers to protect high-value warehouse locations in Kansas City, MO, Kansas City, KS, Lenexa, and Olathe. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with a military, law enforcement, or security background who are looking to contribute to a vital safety mission.

Security Officers at Securitas are responsible for conflict resolution, active patrolling, and emergency response — while maintaining a professional and vigilant presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure entrances and conduct interior and exterior patrols

• Manage conflict resolution and de-escalate tense situations

• Monitor for and report safety hazards or suspicious activities

• Provide customer service to employees and guests

• Complete detailed incident and witness reports

• Stay alert and attentive to maintain a safe environment

Position Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years

• High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)

• Guard License (as required by local law)

• Strong observation and attention to detail

• Ability to perform foot patrols and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working with computers and basic technology

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must pass a background check

Preferred Background:

• Former military or law enforcement experience is highly encouraged
