This role requires ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors through vigilance, effective monitoring, and quick response to incidents. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and prior experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the security and safety of company premises at all times.

• Monitor and operate surveillance equipment effectively.

• Patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.

• Provide excellent customer service while dealing with visitors, employees, and contractors.

• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and incident logs.

• Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently.

• Collaborate with colleagues and law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of physical security and private security practices.

• Excellent observation and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful situations.

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of personnel security and handling sensitive situations.

• Physically fit and able to perform patrolling and emergency response duties.
