Big Mamma Group, a French-Italian restaurant brand with 30 locations across Europe, is expanding to Dubai. They are looking for passionate and driven Warehouse staff to join their new team. The role involves managing daily food deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food deliveries, check invoices, and organize storage.

• Ensure proper stock rotation and communicate any issues to the Head Chef.

• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health & safety standards in the kitchen.

• Support colleagues during service and embody a “problem solver” attitude.

• Provide a warm, smiling, and professional attitude toward customers and team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for Italian food and a big smile.

• Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or Restaurant Goods Receiver.

• Flexible availability, including weekends.
