Charterhouse is working with a leading global logistics consultancy renowned for delivering complex project-based solutions across an international client base. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to oversee service delivery and ensure seamless execution for government accounts across the Middle East. This position is based in Dubai, with frequent GCC travel required.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of service delivery, ensuring compliance with client contracts, and driving efficiency across assigned projects. You will act as the key liaison between global teams, regional partners, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities will also include onsite operational oversight, preparing detailed progress reports, and highlighting areas where additional training or resources may be required.

This role demands a high degree of flexibility, with the ability to travel at short notice and adapt quickly to changing project requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of logistics operations, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in the GCC region with project-based exposure.

• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and operational execution.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or French language skills are an advantage.

• Ability to travel frequently across the GCC on short notice.
