Towers Rotana, a prestigious hotel in Dubai, is hiring enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join their Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction. Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers professionally and courteously

• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards

• Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

• Monitor food and beverage quality consistently

• Handle guest complaints and queries efficiently

• Prepare service areas before, during, and after service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scène)

• Minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage

• Use upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or F&B vocational training

• Prior experience as Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hotel

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and attention to detail
