Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Deliver exceptional in-store Guest Experience

• Collect data on customer preferences, top sellers, and product performance

• Promote and support CRM, loyalty programs (MUSE), and in-store CX initiatives

• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and SOPs

• Support marketing events, click-and-collect processes, and store feedback

• Maintain updated knowledge of brand campaigns and social media activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills

• Relevant retail or fashion consultancy experience preferred

• Emiratis encouraged to apply (Emiratisation role)
