About the Role:

Mandarin Oriental is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Waiter to join the Noor Lounge team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a refined dining experience, aligned with the hotel’s legendary standards. Proficiency in Russian, Spanish, Italian, or French in addition to English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and explain Noor Lounge’s concept, menu items, and offerings to guests.

• Ensure mise en place is complete and service stations are maintained for smooth operations.

• Use POS systems to process orders and handle billing, including MOHG Gift Cards and non-cash methods.

• Deliver timely, courteous, and personalized service while anticipating guest needs.

• Uphold high standards in dish presentation, cleanliness, and utensil care.

• Upsell menu items and services to maximize revenue.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management regarding guest preferences or allergies.

• Support other F&B outlets when required.

• Follow Mandarin Oriental’s Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs) and MOQA standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and at least one of the following: Russian, Spanish, Italian, or French.

• Customer-focused, with a warm and passionate approach to hospitality.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic billing processes.

• Team player with the ability to remain professional under pressure.
