Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (virtual or in-person).

Familiarity with Legal, Consulting, or Finance industries is an advantage.

Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Working Hours:

Must be available during Gulf Standard Time (Abu Dhabi business hours).

Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend tasks.

Remote role – can be performed from most locations.
