BNP Paribas is offering an 18–24 month Graduate Trainee Programme designed exclusively for UAE Nationals with a family book. The program provides fresh graduates with the opportunity to rotate across multiple departments within UAE branches, gaining practical banking experience while fulfilling regulatory training requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Complete mandatory induction sessions and modules covering Code of Conduct, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in job rotations (minimum three months each) to gain exposure across departments.

• Perform assigned tasks under supervision while developing an in-depth understanding of each department.

• Provide regular reflections and updates to mentors, HR, senior managers, and the Country Head.

• Attend and successfully complete the Ethraa Program by EIF, including classroom sessions and exams (12 months).

• Demonstrate punctuality, engagement, teamwork, and adaptability to diverse work environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• UAE Nationals with Family Book only (regulatory requirement).

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree minimum).

• No employment with any bank in the last 12 months.

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Passion for the banking sector with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
