Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional recreation experiences in line with Emaar’s service standards.

• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout their recreational journey.

• Take proactive steps to resolve guest issues and provide effective service recovery.

• Support smooth daily operations while maintaining brand consistency.

• Communicate effectively with fellow ambassadors to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the 5-star hospitality industry.

• Supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) required for team management positions.

• Strong command of spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

• High school diploma required; a degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• Genuine service personality with strong emotional intelligence (EQ).

• Competencies: Customer focus, adaptability, resilience, learning mindset, and results-driven approach.
