Edge Wave Advertising is seeking a talented and technically proficient Videographer Podcaster to join our dynamic media team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on producing high-quality video and audio content for podcasts, live shows, and digital events. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for visual detail, and hands-on experience with live streaming and post-production workflows.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full production cycle—from setup and recording to editing and broadcasting—across multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram, and Twitch. Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Production & Recording

• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for podcasts and live streams.
• Manage multi-camera setups, live switching, and sound mixing during live shows.
• Record, edit, and deliver polished podcast episodes and streaming content.

📡 Broadcast & Streaming

• Ensure high-quality video and audio output across platforms (YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram, Twitch).
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions to ensure smooth production.
• Maintain and organize production equipment and ensure optimal functionality.

🤝 Collaboration & Creativity

• Work closely with hosts, producers, and marketing teams to develop visually compelling content.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in podcasting and live streaming.
• Contribute to creative direction and visual storytelling strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer with a focus on podcasting and/or live streaming.
• Strong knowledge of video production equipment (cameras, switchers, lighting, microphones).
• Experience with live streaming platforms (StreamYard, OBS, vMix, Restream, Zoom).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Understanding of audio recording and sound mixing.
• Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage live production challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in media production, film, communications, or related field.
• Experience with graphic overlays, live graphics, and branding elements.
• Familiarity with social media trends and video optimization techniques.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (After Effects or similar).

💰 Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000
