Hilton is seeking a warm, attentive, and service-driven Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Bar Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing guests with food and beverages efficiently and professionally, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience and contributing to the bar’s operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

🍹 Guest Service & Bar Operations

• Manage bar shifts in line with company standards and regulations.
• Ensure all tables receive their food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment and storage areas to meet hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of food and beverage menus and make recommendations.

📈 Sales & Upselling

• Maximize revenue through upselling and high service standards.
• Meet or exceed monthly drink profit margin targets.
• Apply motivational techniques and training to improve team performance.

📚 Compliance & Teamwork

• Comply with Health & Safety, Fire Regulations, and company policies.
• Support bar supervision and gain knowledge across all operational areas.
• Adhere to disciplinary procedures when necessary.

• Customer service experience in a supervisory or similar capacity.
