Raviz Centre Point Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and delivering exceptional guest service in a hospitality setting.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. You’ll also assist with laundry duties and help train new housekeeping staff to uphold the hotel’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

🧹 Room Maintenance & Cleaning

• Clean and maintain guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure linens and towels are laundered and available for guest use.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned areas to hotel standards.

📞 Guest Service & Support

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Provide a welcoming and courteous experience for all guests.

👥 Team Collaboration & Training

• Assist in training new housekeeping staff to maintain service quality.
• Support team operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven skills in housekeeping and laundry services.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in training or mentoring housekeeping staff.
• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
