WADI ALSAHAB FOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES CO. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily logistics and supply-chain operations across the UAE, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment for both B2B and retail customers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of inventory systems, with opportunities to grow in warehouse technology and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

📦 Inbound & Outbound Operations

• Receive, inspect, and record inbound shipments; report discrepancies and quarantine damaged goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accurate labeling and secure packaging.

📊 Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Update inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Operate RF barcode scanners and basic warehouse equipment safely.

🚚 Operational Support

• Assist with loading and unloading goods.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.
• Follow health & safety and manual-handling procedures.

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with dispatch, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Resolve inventory issues and support delivery schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Must-Have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, picking/packing, and stocktaking.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF barcode scanners.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel.

✨ Preferred

• Valid forklift/operator license or experience with material-handling equipment.
• Experience in FMCG or retail warehousing.
• Exposure to shipping documentation and UAE customs procedures.
