Life Pharmacy is looking for a seasoned Part-Time Travel Coordinator with over 15 years of industry experience to manage the complex travel arrangements of a Dubai-based family. This is a remote, flexible, and on-demand role offering a fixed monthly compensation of AED 4,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book international and domestic flights quickly and accurately.

• Organize group travel itineraries for both leisure and business purposes.

• Arrange hotel stays and coordinate ground transportation (transfers, car rentals).

• Offer real-time assistance and resolve unexpected travel issues.

• Handle urgent changes to flights and itineraries, even on short notice.

• Independently manage time-sensitive and irregular travel tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of proven experience in the travel industry.

• Demonstrated expertise in booking Round-the-World (RTW) tickets — mandatory.

• Deep knowledge of multi-leg travel routes and global airline networks.

• Strong track record in coordinating accommodation and transportation logistics.

• Exceptional responsiveness and availability for urgent travel needs.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle unpredictable workloads.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly professional.

Additional Details:

• Remote role with flexible, irregular hours.
