About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Translator to support the CEO Office in managing official communications. This role requires fluency in English and Arabic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive correspondence with high-profile government and external entities. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely responses for the CEO Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate and review English–Arabic and Arabic–English correspondence for the CEO Office

Manage and track all official inbound and outbound letters and ensure timely action and responses

Draft letters and formal documents for communication with government entities, ministries, and authorities

Implement and maintain KPIs for tracking communication timelines, acknowledgments, and responses

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve open actions and ensure timely closures

Serve as a central point of contact for CEO Office communications with external stakeholders

Generate quarterly reports for the CEO outlining progress and pending actions on communications

Manage the CEO Office mail inbox (if established) and ensure efficient communication flow

Contribute to the development of a digital archive for CEO Office letters and correspondence
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Translator or in a similar communication-focused role

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience in government-related communication is a plus

Proficiency in drafting formal letters and reports

Ability to handle confidential correspondence with discretion

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of electronic archiving and document control systems is a bonus
