We are seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to manage our storeroom operations, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring seamless supply chain activities across departments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders.

Track and document all discrepancies related to incoming goods.

Update the inventory system to reflect real-time stock levels, receipts, returns, and adjustments.

Maintain inventory levels within defined minimum and maximum thresholds.

Keep accurate and up-to-date stock records, receipts, and withdrawals.

Handle packing, labeling, pricing, and returns of stock items.

Oversee proper stock rotation and manage surplus disposal.

Coordinate equipment movement, minor repairs, and freight handling.

Maintain supplier databases and uphold strong internal and external relationships.

Manage returns of damaged or canceled items to suppliers.
✅ Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or diploma in a relevant discipline.

Proficiency in English and/or Arabic.

Skilled in using digital tools and inventory management systems.

Ability to work efficiently in a 100% office-based environment.
