Masterpiece Property is hiring a Social Media Specialist to take charge of its digital presence and elevate the company’s brand through compelling content and engagement strategies. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi is perfect for a creative and results-driven professional with a background in real estate or creative industries.

The successful candidate will manage content creation, publishing, and interaction across social media platforms, in close coordination with the Marketing Manager and creative team. You’ll be at the forefront of building brand awareness and driving engagement through innovative and visually appealing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with real estate marketing goals.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.

• Collaborate with the Multimedia Artist and Photographer to produce high-quality visuals.

• Monitor current trends, hashtags, and real estate news to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Interact with the online community, respond to messages, and build engagement.

• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports for continuous improvement.

• Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute social media campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals across all social media channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or a creative sector.

• Strong skills in creative writing and visual storytelling.

• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Hootsuite) and analytics.

• Experience with short-form video content and influencer marketing is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
