Symrise AG, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and nutrition, is seeking a Snack Food Seasoning Development Technologist to join its Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a seasoned product development expert with a passion for innovation in the snack food industry. The successful candidate will lead technical projects, develop cutting-edge seasoning solutions, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to deliver market-ready concepts that delight consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical projects and document activities in Symrise platforms
• Develop innovative seasonings, compounds, and RTE snack applications
• Optimize formulations and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Act as a technical liaison for strategic customers and sales teams
• Conduct sensory evaluations and benchmark against market products
• Support implementation of local and category strategies
• Maintain and evolve the local flavor and raw material portfolio
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BSc in Chemistry, Food Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in snack food product development
• Expertise in seasoning formulation across various snack formats
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in technical systems and project management
• Knowledge of industrial processes and customer collaboration
• Commercial awareness and leadership capabilities
• International experience is a plus
