Job Title: Senior Storekeeper & Inventory Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Storekeeper & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing storage, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy in quantity and quality.

• Accurately document stock levels using inventory management systems and stock registers.

• Prepare, process, and coordinate outgoing shipments with internal departments to meet delivery schedules.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels by forecasting needs, tracking movement, and ensuring timely replenishment.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and investigate discrepancies.

• Collaborate with procurement to anticipate stock requirements based on consumption trends.

• Organize and store goods efficiently in designated areas with proper labeling and categorization.

• Record and monitor all package deliveries.

• Enforce cleanliness and safety protocols in the storage area to meet health and workplace standards.

• Train new team members on inventory systems and stock handling best practices.

• Generate detailed inventory reports highlighting slow-moving items and discrepancies for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in warehouse/storekeeping roles.

• Strong command of English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.

• Physically fit to handle lifting and long hours on foot.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive problem-solver with initiative and a process-improvement mindset.

• Must possess their own Emirates ID.
