Job Purpose:
The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and managing a portfolio of existing clients under the guidance of the Team Head. The role involves offering tailored financial solutions to meet client needs, generating revenue through loans and fee-based products, and cross-selling additional banking services such as trade finance, cash management, treasury, investment banking, and retail banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and solicit new-to-bank and new-to-product business opportunities to create new revenue streams

  • Generate fund and fee-based revenue through customized financing and banking solutions

  • Contribute to the growth of the bank’s assets and liabilities by promoting loan and liability products

  • Cross-sell banking products to maximize the overall return to the bank

  • Ensure transactions are properly structured and documented to mitigate credit risk

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to foster business growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or other relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or banking preferred

  • Over 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 5 years in UAE corporate banking

  • Deep knowledge of wholesale and corporate banking products, especially in trade, supply chain, and receivables financing

  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and team management experience
