Job Purpose:
The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and managing a portfolio of existing clients under the guidance of the Team Head. The role involves offering tailored financial solutions to meet client needs, generating revenue through loans and fee-based products, and cross-selling additional banking services such as trade finance, cash management, treasury, investment banking, and retail banking.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and solicit new-to-bank and new-to-product business opportunities to create new revenue streams

Generate fund and fee-based revenue through customized financing and banking solutions

Contribute to the growth of the bank’s assets and liabilities by promoting loan and liability products

Cross-sell banking products to maximize the overall return to the bank

Ensure transactions are properly structured and documented to mitigate credit risk

Manage and nurture client relationships to foster business growth
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or other relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or banking preferred

Over 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 5 years in UAE corporate banking

Deep knowledge of wholesale and corporate banking products, especially in trade, supply chain, and receivables financing

Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and team management experience
