An international law firm is seeking a proactive Senior Regulatory Reporting Executive to join their Dubai team, with occasional responsibilities for the Cayman office (approx. 70/30 split). You will support regulatory compliance across DIFC, ADGM, BVI, and Cayman jurisdictions, ensuring high-quality reporting and corporate governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in launching and managing service lines for ADGM and DIFC clients from the Dubai office.

Support Economic Substance Regulation (ESR) services and ensure accurate reporting.

Prepare and file Annual Accounts for ADGM/BVI clients.

Manage FATCA & CRS self-certification filings for DIFC and ADGM.

Oversee Financial Annual Return (FAR) filings and Books of Account (BOA) preparation.

Act as UAE liaison for Cayman Corporate Governance ESN filings and assist with ESN filings for the law firm.

Contribute to drafting internal/external communications and training materials.

Support training initiatives by preparing resources and facilitating sessions.
Requirements:

Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) or degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in regulatory reporting or compliance.

Strong understanding of corporate governance and accounting practices in DIFC, ADGM, BVI, and Cayman.

Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Viewpoint corporate admin software preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
-
AED 23,000 to 26,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
