Job Description:

We are seeking a Secretary to join our team at our Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support smooth business operations. You will handle scheduling, correspondence, record management, and provide executive-level administrative support.

This position requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Maintain company records, files, and databases

  • Provide executive administrative assistance to management

  • Liaise with clients and staff, ensuring efficient communication

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare related materials

  • Support with document preparation, filing, and follow-up tasks


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role

  • Proficiency in clerical duties and executive administrative assistance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional and courteous customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Experience in the shipping or cargo industry is a plus

  • High school diploma required; further training in office administration is a bonus
