NMT GROUP, a leading global logistics and forwarding company, is seeking a dynamic Sea Freight Pricing Manager to join their Dubai team. In this role, you will drive pricing strategies for sea freight services to ensure competitive, profitable rates aligned with market trends and company goals.

You will analyze market data, competitor rates, and customer requirements to adjust pricing models, negotiate with shipping lines, and collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams. Additionally, you will monitor pricing performance and train the sales team on pricing strategies to enhance customer engagement and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sea freight pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs for pricing adjustments

• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and vendors for favorable terms

• Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing with service offerings and costs

• Monitor pricing performance and provide regular reports to senior management

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company pricing policies

• Train and support sales teams on pricing tools and techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sea freight pricing within forwarding or logistics industry

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and financial data

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Proficiency in pricing software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
