This on-site, full-time position is tailored for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to develop a rewarding career in technical sales within the lighting industry.

The Junior Sales Engineer will work alongside the senior sales team to promote lighting products, manage client relationships, and support end-to-end sales operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to understanding customer and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior sales team in presenting and promoting lighting products and solutions to clients.

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with the technical and logistics departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.

• Conduct client and site visits to assess lighting requirements and offer tailored solutions.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and foster lasting relationships.

• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay informed about market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred).

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic knowledge of lighting systems or technical drawings is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
