Unitrade FZE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee operations at our perfume, cosmetics, and skincare manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Umm al-Quwain. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of production processes and demonstrate strong leadership to effectively manage both people and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily plant operations including budgeting, production scheduling, and inventory control

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace

• Analyze production costs and optimize inventory management

• Implement process improvements and resource planning

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards

• Promote and enforce workplace rules and company policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a manufacturing or plant management role, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or perfume industry

• Strong understanding of production processes and efficiency improvements

• Proven leadership, team management, and supervisory skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality standards
