Vertiv is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programme Manager (NPDI – Busbar Product Line) to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is a temporary, full-time role responsible for cross-functional management of new product development and sustaining projects within the Busbar Product Line.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional planning and ensure timely project execution.

• Monitor project schedules, identifying and resolving critical path issues.

• Deliver executive-level updates and ensure project goals align with scope, time, and budget.

• Track performance metrics and maintain reporting for schedule and cost.

• Identify potential risks and implement effective contingency plans.

• Ensure all projects adhere to the New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) process.

• Support and collaborate with project team members across various departments.

• Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; MBA is a plus.

• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

• Strong analytical and project planning abilities.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.

• Familiarity with 3-phase power distribution or Busbar products is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
