Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the logistics and supply chain sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients.

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations when required.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales agreements effectively.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

  • Provide excellent post-sale support and follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Stay informed on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics and supply chain products.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

  • Basic computer proficiency including CRM systems, email, and MS Office.

  • Effective presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Candidate:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Based in the United Arab Emirates.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
