This full-time, on-site role is ideal for customer-focused individuals with experience in room reservations or call centers. The role involves handling reservation inquiries, maximizing customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all room reservation inquiries via phone, email, fax, and internet.

• Promote rates, packages, and promotions professionally and efficiently.

• Ensure timely and accurate booking entries in line with company standards.

• Provide excellent service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in room reservations (call center experience preferred).

• High school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management is a plus.

• Certification in Telephone Skills or Customer Service is an advantage.

• Strong administrative and sales skills.

• Good command of English and computer literacy.
