Little Champions Fitness Center is currently hiring a full-time Receptionist for its Dubai location. This is an on-site role best suited for candidates who possess a valid UAE driving license, own a car, and hold their own visa. The role involves front desk responsibilities as well as occasional travel for marketing and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is well-organized, professional, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in facility operations or the fitness/wellness industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner

• Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and inquiries

• Maintain front desk operations, including administrative support and client records

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception and facility areas

• Supervise facility programs and coordinate events as needed

• Drive to off-site locations for administrative or marketing purposes

• Support customer service initiatives and resolve client concerns promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Experience in administrative tasks, front desk, or customer service roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling basic clerical duties

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have a personal car for commuting

• Must have own visa (sponsorship not provided)

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings

• Background in fitness, wellness, or sports management is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field preferred

Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month
