Aura Family Care is hiring a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a compassionate and licensed professional with a passion for supporting pediatric and neurodevelopmental cases. The candidate will work closely with clients to diagnose and treat communication and speech disorders in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders

• Work with pediatric and neurodevelopmental cases including ASD, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges

• Provide therapy for articulation, feeding, and communication-related issues

• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care

• Educate and support families in understanding and managing therapy at home

• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each client

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (pediatric/neurodevelopmental preferred)

• DOH / DHA / MOH license or eligibility (or in process)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

• Client-centered, empathetic, and team-oriented

Preferred Expertise In:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Sensory Processing Disorder

• ADHD & developmental delays

• Feeding, articulation, and communication disorders
