Allied Transport Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely clearance of shipments into and out of the UAE, while maintaining full compliance with government regulations and avoiding penalties or delays.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and government authorities, ensuring transparency, legal compliance, and smooth logistics operations across borders including Oman, Qatar, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

📄 Documentation & Compliance

• Obtain and manage all documentation related to customs activities, including Fasah.
• Draft letters, apply for permissions, and produce authorization documents as required by government bodies.
• Ensure full adherence to UAE government guidelines and legal clauses.

📢 Client & Government Liaison

• Act as the main communication channel between clients and government authorities.
• Inform clients of any legal non-compliance and advise on corrective procedures.
• Maintain transparency throughout the clearance process.

🚛 Logistics & Operational Support

• Coordinate logistics functions as needed, including customs clearance and border tax procedures.
• Understand and manage clearance processes and charges across multiple countries (Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia).

📊 Performance Monitoring

• Track and minimize fines due to delays.
• Monitor and report on customs clearance efficiency.

Required Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and customs procedures.
• Thorough understanding of operations activities and logistics principles.
• Familiarity with air, rail, sea, and road freight methods and their cost-benefit dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

📆 Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs or logistics operations.
