GC Craft – The Gulf Career Crafter is hiring a full-time Recruiter for its Dubai-based office. This on-site role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the hiring pipeline, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and guiding applicants through the recruitment journey. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of the Gulf job market is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create recruitment strategies

• Manage and update job postings across platforms

• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules

• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

• Deep understanding of recruitment strategies and workflows

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Prior experience in recruiting within the Gulf region is a plus
