Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated female Recreation Receptionist to join its vibrant team. This role involves front-facing guest service duties at the health club reception, ensuring all procedures and guest interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, payments, and tracking for pool, beach, and recreation facilities.

• Provide a warm welcome and create a friendly atmosphere for guests and members.

• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels efficiently.

• Promote classes, activities, and services offered within the club.

• Post charges accurately using Micros and follow proper accounting procedures.

• Support fitness instructors to ensure safety and adherence to club rules.

• Regularly check and maintain cleanliness of locker and reception areas.

• Ensure all amenities (e.g., towels, magazines, advertising materials) are readily available and well organized.

• Maintain detailed knowledge of products, services, and pricing to encourage upselling.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or a related field.

• Prior experience in a hotel or wellness/recreation environment preferred.

• Strong command of English; both written and verbal.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle guest concerns.

• Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
